We've got ourselves another classic MMM Yeast Shootout! This is between the Lalvin Bourgovin RC 212 and the Red Star Premiere Cuvee yeast. Mead Recipe Used:
1.7 Pounds of Orange Blossom Honey
1/2 Gallon of Spring Water
2 Grams of Each Yeast
Starting Gravity: 1.100 - Each Yeast will ferment at 68 Degrees
