A Buddhist monk returns from America to the Himalayan foothills of his infancy to set up a home for abandoned children. "When I see they are laughing, screaming and playing, I feel like I am living the childhood I never had", says Obsang, who was also an abandoned child. But five-year-old Tashi, a little girl with a traumatic past, will be his toughest challenge yet.

There, he has set up Jhamtse Gatsal, a home for abandoned children. Tashi, a little girl with a traumatic past, is its newest admittee. She will be his toughest challenge yet.
