This is one of the most incredible times of the year in the olive grove in early Spring, because the entire orchard is covered in a green carpet of fresh green clovers, buttercups, and grass. The olive trees are majestic, and over a century old, making them some of the oldest in California. Dewey and his family have been farming olives for four generations.
