* Ingredients
130 g unsalted butter (room temperature)
100 g icing sugar
1 eggs (room temperature)
1 tsp vanilla extract
340 g cake flour
Convection oven 200° C - 12 to 13 minute
Conventional oven: 220° C - 12 to 13 minutes
