Here's a quick tutorial about the Cannon's Core Infinite Time Stop trick. This applies to any time button if you can get out of range fast enough, but the two most common applications are for Sonic's section and Rouge's section. It sees the most use for when you're trying to get A ranks, particularly in Mission 3: Find The Lost Chao.
