If you are still wondering "Is the Arcanist good?" then this video is the answer. This is my best score in veteran vateshran hollows by a few minutes which is an incredible improvement for an oakensoul build. The new Arcanist changes in the latest ESO public test server update are SO STRONG for solo gameplay. The Arcanist got a huge damage shield on the pragmatic fatecarver and a heal on their execute and crux generating skill meaning you don't need to invest as much into damage shields! It is super strong to play this now (it was strong before) and I now have done my highest score in vateshran EVER on this build. Let's hope it releases something like this because this Oakensoul Arcanist is a blast to play!

Sets: 5x Deadly Strike (divines), 2x Medium Iceheart (reinforced), 2x Blackrose Prison Dual Wield (nirnhoned, and charged, flame and poison enchants), 1x Oakensoul - 3 bloodthirsty

Enchants: 3 triune on the big armor pieces with the rest being stamina, one stamina cost reduction on the jewlery, two weapon damage enchants on the jewelry,

Race: Wood Elf - for extra stamina, stamina recovery, penetration, and movement speed

Skills: Pragmatic Fatecarver, Quick Cloak, Cephaliarch's Flail, Structured Entropy/Fulminating Rune, Inspired Scholarship, Ultimate: The Tide King's Gaze

Mundus: Thief
Food: Bewitched Sugar Skulls (best in slot stam + health + health recovery food because there still isnt a stamina variant of Corrupting Bloody Mara which would be much better here if it had max stam on it)
