Start or not start medication is a dilemma for many people and providers. Ask yourself: Are your motor symptoms (tremors, slow movements, stiffness) affecting your life? If the answer is yes, then start carbidopa/LEVODOPA. DO NOT WASTE TIME!
AND ALWAYS COMBINE LEVODOPA WITH A GOOD ROUTINE OF EXERCISES.
