कुकरमध्ये २ किलो पाव भाजी बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• ५० ग्रॅम बटर
• २ चमचे तेल
• २५० ग्रॅम / २ कप बारीक चिरलेला कांदा
• २०० ग्रॅम / १ १/२ कप बारीक चिरलेला टोमॅटो
• १ मोठा चमचा आलं-लसूण पेस्ट
• १० ग्रॅम / ४ चमचे पाव भाजी मसाला
• १० ग्रॅम / ४ चमचे लाल तिखट
• १ चमचा बेसन
• ४ / २५० ग्रॅम सोलून चिरलेले बटाटे
• ३ / १२५ ग्रॅम बारीक चिरलेली ढोबळी मिरची
• १२५ ग्रॅम फ्लॉवरचे तुरे
• १२५ ग्रॅम ताजे मटार
• १०० ग्रॅम किसलेलं बीट
• ५ ग्रॅम / चवीनुसार मीठ
• पाणी
• १ कप पाणी
• १ चमचा बटर (ऐच्छिक)

2 kg pav bhaji will be sufficient for 10-12 people. With 31st December sound the corner you must be thinking of some menu. We celebrate new year in groups. So the menu needs to be prepared in large quantity. Here I am to help you out with this recipe!! This is a very easy and simple recipe. This no fuss recipe will be saviour for you. You won’t need many pans. Just 1 cooker is enough for this recipe. This is a real quick recipe and it gets perfect color, texture and consistency. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 50 gm Butter
• 2 tsp Oil
• 250 gm / 2 cups finely chopped Onion
• 200 gm / 1 1/2 cup finely chopped Tomato
• 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
•10 gm / 4 tsp Pav bhaji masala
• 10 gm / 4 tsp Red chili powder
•1 tsp Beasn
•4 / 250 gm peeled and chopped Potatoes
• 3 / 125 gm finely chopped Capsicum
• 125 gm Cauliflower florets
• 125 gm fresh Peas
•100 gm grated Beet
• 5 gm Salt to taste
• Water
• 1 cup Water
•1 tsp Butter (Optional)

Method:
• Heat up cooker on medium heat and add butter.
• Add oil, onion and fry until onion gets nice golden color.
• Add tomato and fry for about 6-8 minutes.
• Add ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
• Add pav bhaji masala, red chili powder and mix well.
• Move the masala along the edge of the pan and add besan in the remaining space.
• Fry besan and mix it well with the masala.
• You can skip besan if you don’t want.
• Add potato, capsicum, cauliflower, fresh peas, beet and mix everything well together.
• Add salt and mix well.
• Add water and mix well.
• Close the lid and steam the bhaji on low to medium heat for 25 minutes.
• You can cook pav bhaji on medium heat 2 whistles.
• Open the lid and mash the bhaji well with masher.
• Turn on the gas and add water to adjust the consistency.
• Mix well and add butter.
• Adding butter is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• Mix well and bring it to boil. Pav bhaji is all ready.
