You can tell they really put in a lot of effort and work into making this character. To a point where he's literally the best character in DLC 14.
Adding an amazing addition into the Universe 11 roster and completing the big triple threat from the series. Which was something I was hoping to see ever since Jiren came out. Dyspo was my vote, which is why I'm excited and happy he's finally here.
