If you are a nursing student or new grad or even an internationally trained nurse on your way to take the NCLEX-RN Exam, welcome! If you are anxious, nervous, stressed or all of the above, don't worry, you are not alone. I absolutely felt stressed and took MONTHS to contemplate what would happen if I failed. The good news is that you can take and retake the exam numerous times, so don't think about what happens if you fail and the worst case scenarios. I know many amazing nurses who have passed the exam on their second or third try and it didn't impact their professional career or ability to be an amazing nurse one bit.
Having said that, it is an expensive and time consuming process, so being able to prepare well for it and pass it in one go is ofcourse ideal and makes life easier for everyone.
I hope you enjoy this video and find it useful as I share the strategies and materials I used to prepare for this exam. There is not 'one size fits all' solution but these are things that have worked for me, and if you share my studying style and learning style, they might help you too.
As always, please subscribe to my channel and give this video a thumbs up if you like my content and want to see more like these. This is truly the only way I will know if making videos on this topic is worthwhile and helpful to others and it really gives me a boost and encouraged me to keep doing it.
