For this special United Nations celebration, we are excited to share with you a simple, delicious and practical edible insect recipe curated by chef Nicole Sartirani.
In this recipe, she has made use of flour worms, or mealworms, which are known to be rich in Proteins, Fibre, Vitamin B12, & Essential Amino Acids.
Ingredients used in this recipe: Mealworms (or insect of choice), Powdered sugar, Cinnamon, Lemon skin (zest), and Water.
