With the help from my son, we did a smoked queso on my pellet smoker.
Ingredients include...
2lb block of velvetta
8 oz block of pepper jack cheese
1 lb of ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 yellow onion diced
1 tbsp bbq seasoning
Black pepper
