Pakoras and rain are the best companion ever. I would love to enjoy these delightful pakoras in anytime though. These Pakoras, marinated in Lemona juice, ginger & garlic, then coated in a spiced gram flour batter and deep fried to perfection. If you ever tried Royal Nawab Fish pakoras, then you come on the right place to get the copycat recipe.

Ingredients:
Fish : 700g (i used haddock or basa but you can use any you like)
Salt: 1 & half tsp
Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
Turmeric : 1 tsp
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp (fresh)
Ginger: 1 tsp (crushed, fresh)
Garlic: 1 tsp ( crushed, fresh)
Corriander seeds: 1 tbsp (crushed)
Cumin seeds: 1 tbsp (crushed )
Ajwain : 1/2 tsp
Egg: 2 medium
Yellow food colour: 1/8 tsp
Gram flour: 4 tbsp
Cornflour: 1 tbsp
Fenugreek leaves: 1 tsp
Chilli flakes: 1 tsp
Garam masala. 1 tsp
Water : 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
