Fruit bread made with Banana and Raisins. This bread does not require kneading, no milk and no sugar. This recipe is so easy and today I am going to convince you to make your own bread, serve it for breakfast or teatime snack.
Basic ingredient for the Bread, mix them all in 5 minutes, rest it and just pop into the oven and bake for 20 – 25 minutes
2cups+1/5cup All-purpose self-rising flour
3 ripe Bananas
1 tsp Active dry yeast
½ tsp Salt
1 Egg
3 tbsp Unsalted butter
¾ cup + Raisins 375 F/190 C bake for 20-25 minutes
