Today’s special guest is Sandra Thompson. Sandra is a customer experience expert with a specific interest in emotional intelligence. As a customer experience educator, she teaches the topics of people management and leadership, customer experience, and professional behavior at Pearson Business School in London. Additionally, she runs a certified postgraduate course in Applied Customer Experience and Emotional Intelligence. Sandra recently became the UK's very first Emotional Intelligence Coach to be trained by EI pioneer Dr. Daniel Goleman and will be giving a TEDx talk on the subject in the near future.
