TODAY'S RECIPE IS Wool Roll Bread With Chocolate Filling | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Wool roll bread
All purpose flour 1 & 1/2 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Yeast 1 tsp
Lukewarm milk 1/2 cup (+-)
Oil 2 tbsp
Knead for 5-7 mins
Smooth dough
Rub oil
Rest for 1 hour
Divide
Roll into oval shape
Cut thin
Chocolate chips
7 inch greased mould
Rest for 15 mins
Brush cold water
Bake in preheated oven at 160c for 30-40 mins
Brush oil
Cover with a damp cloth
Let it cool completely
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
