About a month ago we bought the crosswave and at first it worked great! Eventually the brush would stop rolling and seem really weak. So i investigated. This is the flaw i found in the design of the gear shaft. This is my fix. I cannot guarantee this is everyone's fix. If your crafty enough this might work for you. try at your own risk.
