Billy Raffoul is a rising star who’s debut single “Driver” launched him onto the international stage. Born and raised in Leamington, ON, the eldest son of local rock legend Jody Raffoul, Billy now spends most of his time on the road performing international while splitting both Nashville and Leamington has home bases.
