The soft-slow rendition of the lyrical melancholy by Maestro Kishore Kumar is a dedication to the work of the twin Legend. 'Safar', a 1970 Filmfare-award winning remake of 1956 Bengali film Chalachal by Film Director ASIT SEN, where Joy's father Late Architect Pritimoy Sen also played an amateurish role and an additional role of an Art Director. The two brothers, Asit (Manick) and Pritimoy (Nani) were also very close friends. Their life reciprocated each other through creativity of art, installation and musical adventure. The present song is just a humble offering by Joy, jointly to his legendary Uncle and father, who made great Safars (Journey of Life) touching the hearts and souls of many and many.
