How to Make the Crunchiest Chickpeas

Warning: They may be addictive!!
This is how I made some super crunchy chickpeas. They are such a nice snack and a great alternative to chips. They are a good source of protein and their crunch will not disappoint you.

Make sure to check the cooking time how it may vary based on your oven or the size of the chickpeas you use. Nobody likes burned chickpeas!!!

RECIPE:

1 can chickpeas (19 oz)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp paprika or whatever spice you like
1/2 tsp salt
black pepper to taste
