IMPORTANT: One thing I forgot to mention about the roof part is that it only applies when there's walls too. You can still throw grenades into the entrance of a building, even in the pyramid and superite mountain you can still throw inside. It's only when an obstacle, like those containers that you can still land into have a roof. My bad.
