You probably practice rudiments with your hands, maybe with your feet, but there are 6 limb combinations with which you can play rudiments on the drum kit... and you should. Get my book Encyclopedia Rudimentia to find 850+ rudiments to practice in all 6 ways. Of course there are many ways to use each limb combo too... so its almost endless.
