Illustrator Amanda Hall takes viewers through the third stage of the children’s book illustration process that she used while creating the illustrations for the picture book bio The Fantastic Jungles of Henri Rousseau, written by Michelle Markel, published by Eerdmans Books for Young Readers.
In this video – How to Illustrate a Children’s Book – Part 3, ARTWORK PREPARATION – Amanda draws up her final artwork. The video also shows how she stretches watercolour paper onto a drawing board before beginning to paint using watercolour inks.
