- How's your day going? It's good.
- How's your day going? Oh, not bad.
Do not give a long, detailed answer: I ate breakfast, then I went for a walk, then I had lunch, then I walked my dog, and then I saw my friend. Nobody cares.
Just give a short answer. How's your day going? Good. How about you?
