Hello viewers, In this video you will see the complete teardown of a Lithium Polymer (LiPO) Battery in detail. All the steps are performed by experts so please do not try this at home. For this tutorial, we have selected an old LiPo battery which is not providing enough power backup to the device.
In this video you will see the battery is actually filled with some kind of a gas which is released before complete teardown. The disassembly process is taken down very carefully because the battery might explode so please if you are not an expert then do not try this at home or at school.
These batteries can provide excellent performance to its load and with time as the battery is charged and discharged, the negative electrode of the battery worn out which is shown in this video.
If you are using LiPo battery for any of your electronic gadget then this video might also help you to how to replace any one of the battery inside its case because most of the time only one battery gets damaged while the other battery remains in good condition.
You can perform this operation by replacing the worn out battery with a new one by simply soldering it.
