So easy, so convenient! If your mornings are hectic then you will want to try this! Also, GREAT for making egg sandwiches and on the go egg biscuits! If you prep your food for all week, don't forget your make ahead breakfast! Great for family visits or kids spending the night.

I make a dozen eggs at a time. You can cut them into the serving of your choice, 2-3 eggs per cut. You can make more or less. If making more make in a casserole dish 9x13. If making 6 eggs, good to use a loaf pan. If using a metal pan your baking time will be slightly less.

NOTE* You can make more eggs or less according to your needs. The main thing to remember is to adjust the baking dish size.

Optional but tasty add ins:
⦿ ground breakfast sausage (about 1/4-1/2 lb per dozen)
⦿ diced up ham
⦿ pepper jack cheese
⦿ crispy bacon bits
⦿ sautéed mushrooms and bell pepper (never add RAW to the eggs or they will not be done at the same time the eggs are done. ALWAYS sauté veggies first).
⦿ caramelized onions
⦿ tomatoes

Preheat oven to 350 F (177 C) Spray a casserole dish thoroughly with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl (large enough to allow your eggs to be beaten), add eggs and milk. Beat well. Add in cheese. Pour into dish. bake for 27-32 minutes (depending on your oven, the amount of eggs used and any added ingredients. Start checking (if making a whole dozen) at 25 minutes and as soon as there is no jiggle in the middle, it is done.Less eggs would definitely bake faster, so if making 6 or less, I would start checking them at about 23 mins. Make note of your bake time so you will know for the next time. I always SLIGHTLY under do the eggs if they will be reheated in the microwave.By slightly under doing them, they will finish as they reheat in the microwave. I only ever make up to 4 days worth. Discard after 4 days.
