Today I'm going to show you how I made these delicious and easy Miniature Salmon Quiches. These salmon quiches are so flavorful and filling and are perfect for breakfast, gatherings or really anytime of the day. Ingredients you'll need:
• 1 Sheet Puff Pastry - Thawed
• 1 - 6 or 7oz Can Skinless & Boneless Salmon - Drained
• 2 - Green Onions - Finely Chopped
• 1 tbs Chopped Fresh Parsley - You can also use dried parsley if preferred
• 1/4 - Cup Half & Half
• 1/3 - Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 2 - Eggs - Lightly Beaten
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions:
• Preheat oven to 375 degrees
• Using a 2.5 or 3 inch cutter, cut out 9-12 rounds of pastry
• Press pastry rounds into lightly greased muffin tin cups - I used softened butter
• Combine eggs with salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl - Beat together
• Add Salmon, Green Onions, Parsley, cheddar cheese, and half & half to mixing - Mix well
• Spoon mixture into pastry bowls
• Bake for 15 - 25 minutes or until golden and eggs have set
• Serve when ready
