MolliLooper by Mollilabs (Matt Daveypoo and Oliver Greschke) for iOS (iPad / iPhone / iPod) is an excellent and intuitive live-performance-oriented looper with a nice interface designed for touch screen and going at a very fair price of around $5. It has a built in filter and limiter, both useful additions, and can loop from lengths of up to 8 bars down into glitchy reps of mere fractions of a beat.
