Fast Feet is a great cardio exercise to rev up your heart rate while increasing foot speed and coordination. To get started:
1. Stand up straight, with your feet hip width apart.
2. Quickly alternate your feet up and down with small and quick steps, staying on the balls of your feet.
3. Focus on keeping your core tight and drive your arms forward and backward like an athlete. This will build more speed and train your feet to move faster.
4. Keep alternating feet with quick taps until you reach your desired time or reps.
