Start by opening the document you want to use as a template in the editor, and entering any information you would like to include in your template.
When you're finished, click Done, and return to MyForms.
To convert the document to a template, select it in MyForms, click More, then Template.
Your document will be converted to a template, which will be indicated by a T on the icon next to the document's name.
To make a new document from your template, select the template, click Create Form, name your new document, and click OK.
You'll see the edits you included in your template on the document, and you can continue to fill the document as desired.
When you've finished editing, click done to send, share, or save the document.
When you return to MyForms, you'll see your new document, as well as your template which has not been modified
To convert a template back to a regular document, simply select the template, click more, then click Template.
