Over 35 UDA Members of the County Assembly (MCAs) in Nairobi have urged political leaders to tone down the heated political rhetoric in the county to allow development projects to proceed without interference. Led by Minority Leader Mark Mugambi and Anthony Kiragu, the MCAs called on political leaders to embrace the broad-based government and forge unity in delivery of services to kenyans. The MCAs further called on President William Ruto, as the UDA party leader, to address the rising political tensions, warning that the divisine politics may derail the government's performance and hamper realisation of the development agenda.
