I got my hands on a 2015 Lumix GX8 for 250€. It can record 4k with 100 Mbit/s in 25p and FHD with 28 Mbit/s in 50p so you can slow down handheld footage. Sadly the in body image stabilizer is not working in video mode with non stabilized lenses. With stabilized lenses it works in FHD but not in 4K. Haha what??? Anyways.
The good thing about this camera is the size and the viewfinder with its full 90°-tiltable design. So you can tilt it up and stabilize the footage with your head which works really good.
You also get a flip out Touchscreen and a 20mp sensor plus a mini mic jack (yes its smaller but you can find some good accesoires at amazon). A little unfortunate is the additional crop in 4k of about 1.25 so your 15mm actually gets the viewing angle of a 37.5mm equivalent in Full Frame.
I used the 15mm Panasonic Leica 15mm 1.7 lens with a 1/4 Pro Mist Filter and a Nisi ND-Vario Filter 1,5-5 Stops in 52mm. For the picture profile I used CineLike D with Contrast: 0, Sharpness: -5, Noise Reduction: -5, Saturation: -2. ISO from 200 - 1600. I haven't shot videos for quite some time so I need to improve my exposure in spontanious settings and should always use manual focus because with this lens I had a lot of focus pumping espacially in portrait situations. Also in FHD 50p the Nisi filter produces some unwanted vignetting - next time I will use an 82mm Circular ND ND8 (3 Stops) to avoid this. The footage is slightly graded with filmconvert in premiere pro within a 1080p timeline and upsampled to 4k during export. Shots are all handheld.
