Ingredients :
- 1 egg yolk
- 50g white sugar
- 450ml whole milk
- 80g + 60g of lotus biscoff speculoos cookies [ Ссылка ]
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 34g inverted sugar [ Ссылка ]
- 200g heavy cream
