Today we're learning from the original Boss Mom herself, Dana Malstaff. She’s sharing with us her filter on how she makes decisions and the same technique she teaches to all of her coaching students. Plus, you are going to hear me give Dana my very own secret confession.
Dana Malstaff is the CEO and Founder of Boss Mom. She launched the Boss Mom brand with her first book Boss Mom: The Ultimate Guide to Raising a Business & Nurturing Your Family Like a Pro in 2015 and that started an international movement. The Boss Mom’s Facebook community has organically grown to over 50,000 members and there are now Boss Mom local meetups in over 80 cities. Dana believes that we need to show our children that doing what we love can be financially viable-- and you know I love this too! We’re diving into all kinds of things that can hold you back from getting what you really want from life, including saying yes to too much, comparing yourself to others, and the fear of failure. I have experienced all of these myself and I want to help you avoid making the same mistakes I did! Dana shares SO much great advice in this episode, this is going to be one you won’t want to miss!
