Every deer or elk hunter should know how to gut an animal, even if they have plans to use a gutless method. You never know when the circumstance will arise where you need to leave an animal overnight, or you get lucky and kill an animal where you are able to get it out whole.

In this video, I go over the techniques that work for me: how to get the entire digestive track out, remove legs, and remove the head/skull of the animal.
