Without a stable pelvis, you can't diaphragmatically breathe, so your neck will be used as compensation. The neck directly influences jaw position through hyoid bone and temporal bone connections. A mispositioned jaw can lead to neck and shoulder tension as well as postural stability challenges as the body goes into a state of "fight or flight".
