Using a resistor is not the right way according the manufacturer. The right way to get rid of the High SWR Alarm issue is by updating the firmware of your Micro PA50.

UPDATE after 1 hour of QSO: Yep, the new firmware has resolved the issue of high SWR alarm! One thing I didn't mention... to get this alarm less loud, I used a earplug (you know, the foam earplugs) and inserted it between the buzzer and the front panel. So now my Buzzer is much quieter in case of.
