This is the music that plays generally in the Dracthyr starting zone, the Forbidden Reach. This doesn't include the music that plays in the Primalist areas since that will be in its own video.

I think Glenn and Catherine did a really great job with this one, especially for the first two tracks in the video. My only complaint is that there just aren't enough versions of those tracks. I would have loved to see A, B, C, etc. versions of the "Vault Defense" theme, but alas we only have the lone H version available.

Ah well, what we do have sounds pretty neat at least.



The "Vault Defense" theme plays when you fly over to the Frostone Vault, where Raszageth is imprisoned, and you defend against the Primalists. I just love that mix of melancholy and wonder and danger that Glenn managed to capture in this track.

I also love the "Forbidden Reach 1 H" track which is right after. I wasn't expecting the duduk instrument to be so prominent, but I think it fits. I also like how this track has some bits of whimsy and wonder to it but then transitions to being all grand and epic near the end.
