I have been a Team Beachbody coach for about a year and a half at the time of this video, and I am here to say that I am in this for the long haul. This business has changed my life physically -- went from a size 12 to a size 4 -- mentally -- I am more confident and and have grown emotionally. I guess you can say that my physical size has shrunk and emotionally I have grown in leaps and bounds!!! If you've been watching me from afar, or from close by, you may have been waiting to see if I would stay with this business. Well, let me tell you, I am here to stay!
