CHICKEN MAYO KABAB
Ingredients
Boiled and shredded chicken ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chilies 4
Boiled and mashed potatoes ½ kg
Coriander leaves chopped ¾ cup
Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Mayonnaise as required
Eggs 2
Bread crumbs as required
Oil for frying
METHOD
Boil 2 breasts of chicken with ginger garlic paste and 1 green chili and 1 cup water till chicken tender and water dries. Shred chicken, keep aside. Boil potatoes and mash them well, mix with shredded chicken, salt, pepper, green chilies, coriander, mix well, make one round kebab, put little mayonnaise in the center, cover with another kebab, seal the edges nicely, press tightly, dip in beaten egg, roll in bread crumbs, fry till golden, serve hot.

MONACO PIZZA PLATTER
Ingredients
Saltish biscuits 35-40
Pizza sauce ½ cup
Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
Oregano 1 ½ tsp
Mushrooms sliced ½ cup
Black olives ¼ cup
Sausages finely chopped 3-4
Capsicum chopped ½ cup
Sweet corn ½ cup
METHOD
Put saltish biscuits in a pizza platter or pie plate, spread with pizza sauce, then little cheese, all the fillings, top with both the cheese, oregano, bake on 180 D for 10 mins till cheese melts, serve immediately.

BAKED BOONDI PUDDING
Ingredients
Milk 1 liter
Condensed milk 1 cup
Tetra pack cream ½ cup
Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
Bread sliced chopped 4
Whole dried milk ½ cup
Boondi 2 cups
Rabri 200 gm
Pistachio and almonds as required
METHOD
Grind bread slices into fine crumbs, cook together in a pot milk, condensed milk, cream, let the milk come to boil, add khoya, fresh bread crumbs, cardamom powder, cook till the milk reduce to half, remove from fire and let the milk come to room temperature, add in rabri, fold boondi, grease an ovenproof dish, and pour the prepared dessert in it, sprinkle with nuts, bake on 180 D for 15 mins, serve warm or chilled.
