Days after the fire tragedy in Virar in Maharashtra, Rajesh Tope, the health minister of the state has come out with an explanation that the hospital had conducted the fire audit but no objection certificate was yet to be received. The hospital has run an investigation on its own end, looking at the CCTV footage and tracing the staff present at the time of the incident. Around 13 patients died when the fire broke out. This comes out as a big lapse, especially when the nation is fighting its biggest battle against Covid. No arrests have been made yet. Watch the video to know more!
