Easy to make , meat free hight protein and nutrients delicious falafel.

Ingredients
1 pack 16 oz chickpeas (soak over night or longer)
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch parsley
8 leaves of mint
4 large cloves off garlic
1/2 medium onion chopped
1 teaspoon Harissa
1 teaspoon cumim
1 teaspoon berbere
1 tablesppon kosher Salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon fresh-pepper
1/2 cup any flour I used a mixture of garbanzo and all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
Enough of grape seed oil to cover 2 inches of the pot used for frying ( canola is fine too)
First chop the onion ( I like my little gadget)
Minced the garlic
coarsely chop All the greens
Use the food processor on pulse
Make sure to stop and wipe the sides
After it is all combined let it cover and let it rest for about 45- 1hour
Use ice cream scooper to make balls press by using your hands , flatten them if you want patties
Heat up the oil to 350 Fahrenheit, drop the patties slowly into oil , if completely submerge there is no need to turn it over takes about 4 minutes they will became golden brown.
Place on paper towel
To make a pita sandwich just slice it in half add some green and tahini sauce
