This is my minimalist empty house tour! I filmed this two days before we officially sold our house to its new owners (closing was September 13, 2021)! Throughout the video, I have also included embarrassingly cluttered pictures of parts of our home BEFORE we found minimalism. This way, you can be like - "Oh man, y'all really needed minimalism, didn't you?" LOL!

We honestly thought this would be our forever home, but somehow, almost a decade after purchasing it and filling it up to the brim with sooo much stuff and then spending the last 3 years decluttering it, we decided to let it go and are 100% happy with our decision.

Throughout the video I will also link to past declutters that happened in certain rooms of the house which kind of give you an idea of how got to the point of selling our home :). I didn't realize though that I could only include 5 links throughout the video so I just linked some of them directly in the video LOL! I do have playlists which I'll list below!

The second half of the video is an update on what we're up to now that we've sold our home, what type of home we're buying next, and how minimalism has helped us to transform our lives in ways we never thought were possible! Thanks for letting me share my journey with you!

PS: My mom is going to live with us in our duplex so she will be closer to her sisters family :). I may not have been completely clear about it in the update portion. We are not leaving my mom alone anywhere LOL. We will ALL move into one side of the duplex. My mom is happy that we will rent out her home as that will cover the mortgage and allow her to keep her cash money LOL!
