Once we reach adulthood, our inner child is often left aside because we assume that we have "outgrown" it. But it remains an inseparable part of us, which accompanies us throughout our lives. Our inner child - just like our adult personality - is confronted with daily life. It experiences everything positive, but also everything negative that happens to us as adults. But, unlike an adult, it has not trained itself any defense mechanisms and has not built up any protective walls and remains a child inside us: vulnerable and defenseless.

Like every child in this world, your inner child needs attention, love, care, protection and comfort. Sometimes it desperately tries to manifest itself. In such moments we often feel lonely, helpless, sad and sometimes desperate. Take time to embrace, protect, comfort and love your inner child = your inner self = yourself! You will notice how strengthened and full of confidence you become.
