Vegan Keto Radish Top Soup-
Macros per serving (Makes 4 servings)
2 Tbsp of plant butter
1 large onion, diced
1 cup of cauliflower
3-4 cups of radish top greens
4 cups of Not Chk'n Broth
1/3 cup of whole fat coconut milk
1/2 scoop of vegan protein powder
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1. Melt plant butter, sauté onion until tender. Then add in cauliflower and the radish top greens, coat them in the butter. Then add Not Chk'n Broth and 1/2 scoop of vegan protein powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Return soup to the saucepan and stir in the coconut milk.
4. Drizzle olive oil over each serving.
