There's an ongoing crisis in Lebanon, that's trying to be suppressed. With rubbish dumps full to bursting since 2019, the country is drowning in its own waste. Around 85% of Lebanon’s trash goes to landfill, but only an estimated 10% actually needs to. That’s a massive gap – can it be closed? Filmmaker Andy Burgess set out for us to investigate some causes, effects, and possible solutions to Lebanon’s waste crisis.
