Doc plans on planting Bermuda and Zoysia seed but runs into a problem. The backyard of the home now is covered in shade for a good portion of the day. He quickly changes the plan and adds some fescue into the seeding mix. Bermuda and Zoysia seed will germinate in shaded areas but they will struggle to really fill in. It's a battle that can't be won. Adding the fescue will give the yard a mix and some green all year long.
