HAPPY NEW YEAR here is my FIRST YouTube video of 2021

Located in the Greater Toronto Area, this large abandoned waterfront home and property is currently worth over $6,500,000. Looking like it hadn't been updated at all since the 1960's this home was probably at one time a beautiful place to be. Now however, it is surrounded by many newer, larger homes and mansions and it's waiting to be bought and demolished for a newer home.

Inside this old home there is a-lot of wood paneling and it screams of 1960's and 1970's design. There is pretty severe water damage in the living room and dining room areas as well as an upstairs bedroom, all stemming from a hole in the ceiling.
