In this video you're going to get a complete back workout from top to bottom.
We'll start with bodyweight rows as our main compound rowing movement. Then we'll move on to some dumbbell shrugs to work the traps and upper back. After that we'll do some V-Bar lat pull downs to stretch out the lats and help add width to the back. Then we'll finish up with hyper extensions for the lower back and spinal erectors.
The full back workout is as follows:
Bodyweight Rows - 50 total reps
Dumbbell Shrugs - 3 sets of 15+ reps
V-Bar Lat Pull Downs - 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Hyper Extensions - 3 sets of 10+ reps with added weight, plus 10+ reps with just bodyweight.
