Biko is a filipino favorite kakanin and filipinos always try something new by adding flavor and now i make my own version a combination of ube flavored biko and leche flan in one. This recipe is an easy to make snack and ideal for the holiday season or for all occasions. You will surely love this!

Ingredients :
3 cups glutinous rice
3 cups water
3 cups coconut cream
2 cups brown sugar
1 tbsp ube extract/flavor
8 whole large eggs
2 egg yolk
1 can evaporated milk (big one)
1 can condensed milk
